Class One
This half term our topic is ‘ALL About Me’
This is a general topic in which we have linked some of our foundation’s subjects.
In science we have been finding out about our senses. We have conducted some investigations to test our senses and have label pictures of our faces and identified our senses.
In humanities, we have been finding out more about the United Kingdom and we have identified countries within the UK and identified key human and physical features associated with them. In history, we have been creating timelines about our day using sequencing language to order things chronologically.
In art, we have studied the work of Arcimboldo and have found out about the artist. We are currently creating collages in the style of his season’s paintings.
In computing we have been learning about the importance of staying safe online and how to protect your personal information.
